Booking Policy

This policy explains how bookings work on Nabbee.

1. Availability

You can only book available time slots within a shop's operating hours and a provider's working hours. Blocked dates, breaks, and existing bookings are excluded.

2. Holding a slot

When you start a booking, the slot is temporarily held (soft-locked) for a short period so no one else can take it while you check out. If you don't complete checkout in time, the hold expires.

3. Payment & confirmation

If the shop requires a deposit or payment proof, your booking stays pending until the payment is approved. Where pay-on-arrival is offered, the booking is confirmed without upfront payment.

4. Booking statuses

A booking may be: pending, awaiting payment, payment submitted, under review, confirmed, rescheduled, completed, cancelled, no-show, refunded, or rejected.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and follow the shop's preparation or intake instructions.

6. Changes

Reschedules and cancellations follow the Refund / Cancellation Policy and the shop's stated rules.
