Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, reschedules, and refunds on Nabbee.

1. Shop policies apply

Each business sets its own cancellation, reschedule, and deposit policy. The applicable policy is shown during booking and on your booking details.

2. Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation from their booking details or via the cancellation link.
  • Cancellations may be subject to the shop's notice window. Deposits are forfeited by default if you cancel, unless the shop's policy states otherwise.

3. Reschedules

  • Where supported, you may request a reschedule. The shop approves or declines, and you'll be notified.

4. Deposits & refunds

  • Deposits are paid to secure a slot. By default, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up — however, the shop may at its discretion carry your deposit over to your next booking. Contact the shop to ask.
  • If a shop cancels a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a refund of any deposit paid for that booking.
  • Refunds for manual payment methods (GCash, Maya, bank transfer) are processed by the shop back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider.

5. No-shows

Missing an appointment without notice ("no-show") forfeits your deposit by default and may affect future booking requirements, per the shop's policy. The shop may choose to carry the deposit over to your next booking instead.

6. Fraudulent payment proof

Bookings based on fraudulent or reused payment proof will be cancelled and are not eligible for refund.

7. How to request a refund

Open a support ticket in-app or contact hello@wkllabs.com with your booking reference. We will help coordinate with the shop.
