Accessibility Statement

WKL Labs · Version 2026-10-30

Effective date: 2026-10-30

1. Our commitment

WKL Labs wants Nabbee to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is treated as part of building a screen, not as a later clean-up.

2. Conformance status

Nabbee is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the product meets the standard, but some areas have not yet been fully assessed or still contain known issues.

  • Business dashboard (web): assessed against WCAG 2.2 AA, including a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass. Known issues are tracked and fixed on our normal release cycle.
  • Public booking pages, the customer account area, and the marketing site: assessment in progress.
  • Mobile apps (iOS and Android): assessment in progress. We support the operating system's own text-size, contrast, and reduced-motion settings.

3. What we have done

  • Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Colour is never the only way we convey meaning, and text meets the AA contrast ratio against its background.
  • Forms have real labels, and errors are announced, not only coloured.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Motion respects the "reduce motion" system setting.
  • Time-sensitive booking holds tell you how long you have and do not expire silently.

4. Known limitations

  • Some complex screens (the calendar grid, some reports, and the page builder) are usable with a keyboard but have not completed a full screen-reader assessment.
  • Content that a business owner writes themselves (service descriptions, uploaded images, and custom page sections) is under that business's control, and we cannot guarantee its alternative text or reading level. We prompt owners to add alternative text where we can.
  • Third-party components we embed (notably the payment processor's card form) follow that provider's own accessibility support.

5. Feedback and how to get help

If you hit a barrier in Nabbee, tell us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do and fix the cause. Email hello@nabbee.app with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days.

6. Assessment approach

Our assessment combines automated checks that run on every change with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of the dashboard. We publish this statement's effective date whenever the assessment status changes.
