Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Starter is free and needs no card, and the Pro trial runs 14 days without one.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your existing data stays exactly as it is, and the upgrade is offered at the point where you reached the limit.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Features above your new plan become read-only; your records are kept.
Why are the prices in US dollars?
Plans are billed in USD by Stripe and cost the same in every country we serve.
Do you send SMS reminders?
Not today. Reminders go out by email and by app push. SMS is on the roadmap and will be priced separately when a provider is live. We do not include it in any plan above.
